You also agree to use the website lawfully, ensuring its performance and security remain intact, without compromising any aspect of its functionality or attempting to access restricted areas.

You’re responsible for any claims, costs, or legal fees that may arise from misuse of the website.

Revision Policy

We offer unlimited revisions based on the package you choose. You can request changes to one selected option, and there will be no extra fee. However, multiple revisions across different design options may incur additional charges. Standard turnaround time for revisions is 48 to 72 hours for logos and websites, 3 to 5 days for video animations, and longer for software, apps, and games depending on the scope. Development and digital marketing revision timelines may vary based on complexity.

New Order Turnaround Time

Turnaround time starts after order confirmation and submission of a complete brief. For new logos, expect delivery within 24-48 hours. For websites (including redesigns), the minimum turnaround time is 48 hours. Static website designs (5-7 pages) typically take 3-5 business days to complete. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed starting the following Monday. For illustrative logos, turnaround is 48-72 hours.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • You’ve selected a special package.
  • The primary design concept has been approved or revisions have been requested.
  • The website or app has gone live.
  • A refund request is made outside the specified timeframe.
  • Other external reasons, You’ve hired another company for the same project.

For services like SEO, hosting, and social media marketing, refunds are not available. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used.

Content Policy

For standard websites and resume designs, all content (including images, copy, etc.) must be provided by the client. For e-commerce sites, we’ll provide up to 10 sample products, but the rest of the content will need to come from you..
